Return policies
Mayroway accepts returns for any reason within 14 days of the order delivery date. Returns from European Union countries have a cost of 10.00 euros, from Italy it has a cost of 5.00 euros, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. Items must be shipped in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of the authorization label, and not before having notified our Customer Service via email INFO@MAYROWAY.COM . Our After-Sales Manager will contact you and provide you with all the information you need to return the items to our warehouse. In case you want to change the size or color of the purchased item, or want a different item, our procedure requires that you return the item, which will be refunded to you, and that you proceed with a new order. We remind you that the shipping costs will be at your expense. In case of defective items, Mayroway will be happy to cover the shipping costs (you will need to show the defect by means of a photo. This process can take up to 15 business days on our part).
For orders placed outside the European Union, for hygiene reasons, unfortunately it is not possible to return or exchange the items, pursuant to art. 59 of d. lgs. 206 of 6 September 2005 and ss. mm. and ii. (so-called "Consumer Code"). Gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Do's and Don'ts
Things to do to return an item:
1. Tell us your intention to return the item by the fourteenth day from the delivery date.
2. Wait for our Customer Service to process the request and send the return authorization label to be applied on the envelope containing the return .
3. Ship the product in its original condition in a single package (possibly in its original box). Returns relating to the same order will not be accepted but shipped separately at two different times.
4. Return the item together with its tag. Items returned without this tag will not be accepted.
5. Mayroway will refund the total amount except shipping costs.
6. In the event that the above conditions are not met, or the returned items are used or damaged, Mayroway will not refund you. In this case, you can decide to take back the returned items at your own expense. After this shipment, it will no longer be possible to return them.
Refund Policy
The refund of the total amount will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the shipment. The time required for the refund varies depending on the payment method you have decided to use:
- Credit card :
the timing of crediting and viewing the movement depends on the credit institution that issued your card. However, the re-credit date will be the same as the debit date. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a communication via email. In case of imminent expiry of the credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the coordinates sent by the customer. Mayroway is not responsible for failure to notify credit card expiration and refunds made on expired cards.
- Paypal :
the refund will be issued directly to your Paypal account through an email communication. You will also receive a final communication from our Customer Service.
